Welding Table

I have a friend looking for a 2x4/6/8 foot welding table. I would imagine he wants something at least 1/4 thick. Anyone have one in their way?

Or any drops of 1/4 plate big enough to build a table.

Go the the scrap yard off fairfield road. They always have huge quarter inch sheets there. My skid plate was about 2x4 and i think it was 32 bucks or something with a 10 dollar charge for a torch cut. Was also barely even rusted. That's gonna be close to the cheapest you're gonna find metal for.
