My truck has an old Tekonsha in it that works great, but I don't know the model. I bought the Tekonsha IQ for the Jeep because it is easily removable to stash in a secure location when nit in use, and because it can be switched between vehicles easily so when the old one in the truck craps out I don't have to buy another one. I like it so far.
I thought Brooks had another thread about controllers, but it must be buried in another discussion.

That's the brand I used when I pulled with a Chevy. Then gave it to a friend who uses it all the time with no probs.

I guess it's a little late for feedback now, but I've been running the P3 for several years and it's been great.

Ah ha, I see what you did there....

I wish my truck had come with the factory controller. I think my truck has the least amount of options of any LTZ I have ever seen. I want to get the panel and controller out of one at some point.
