when we were up there for the overland rally last year it was pretty fun, there isnt much mud at all, but most everything is man made.

I didnt really get many pics, but they had some pretty cool trails. Its not a big place, maybe a little larger than gulches including the camping areas.

I am a member at the Flats. There isnt hardly any mud at our club. Now the pics in the link below are of the logs in the play ground area, that has mud if people want to get in it. The property in basicaly the side of a mountain that has lots of vallys an ravines that have been washed from the rain over the years, that has boulders an different things added to it. I dont like mud at all, that is why I loved this club. Come an wheel with us.
