Stock TJ dimensions question

Does anyone know the distance from the center of the rear wheel to the bottom of the flare? I've tried looking it up but not coming up with a definite answer. I'm seeing anywhere from 19-22". I'm looking for the distance on a bone stock 4.0 TJ w/manual trans.
 
bottom of the front of flare or rear of flare? are you talking horizontal distance, vertical distance, or diagonal?
 
oh ok, I think Ean (99 four banger) has 6cy coils on his, it should be close to what you are looking for.
 
I'll take a quick measurement. I have no idea what springs I've got, but my jeep seems higher than other stockers around here, so I'll check it out.
