Post your Picture of the day

Tj would probably pull it fine...I pull all kinds of stuff with my fj40. Especially as close as y'all are to the lake in Clemson.

Nice. Pontoons are to much fun to chill and consume on.

Boats are too damn expensive. We just had to put a new steering cable on our key west at $675 and the place we took it too tried to tell us our tilt/trim was broken at a $4000 fix. Brought it home to find out it just needed hydraulic fluid and it works good as day it went off the line.

Oh yeah my grandparents pay a ton just to keep our ski boat running! It gets expensive quick.

This boat isn't going to turn into a money pit i don't think. I'm going about doing things on it as cheap as possible. (Mismatched furniture, making my own console, etc.) And i paid less for it than what the motor is worth. Guy had no clue what the thing was worth. Right now I have less in it than a decent john boat hahaha.

How's the motor on it?

90% of time if motors crap people will usually give boat away, we've done that twice with a fishing boat and center console.

Runs great. It's a 98 50 hp johnson. Starts up with out having to work the throttle and play with it. Rev's good. I haven't checked the compression on the cylinders, but i doubt there is any compression loss cause it runs pretty damn smooth.
