Oh, I thought that was a 5 on 5.5 hub, if thats just the aluminum 5 on 4.5 stinkers its about par for the course haha

Negative... That is a traditional ford hub and rotor assembly that a lot of people use to convert 6 lug axles to 5 lug.

I was thinking he had a 44 in there, did he hit it on something, or did the hub explode and break the wheel hub?

The inner locking hub guts are still intact and retained on the stub by the circle clip. The cap didn't show evidence that is was hit on anything.

I don't see that thing just falling apart. It must have been in a wreck or taken some kind of very hard hit in the past.

not sure what happened, everything might have bound up or something but it didnt hit anything.
