Pocket knives

Biggest thing about keeping a sharp knife is not letting them get to far gone. I usually hit mine up on the stone every couple times I use it.
 
Yeah, it's all about keeping them sharp. The lansky set is easy once you do it a few times. I can set it up in a few seconds. I like it because it keeps your blade angle correct. I hate doing it by hand, and ending up with a different angle on each side.
