Outboarding shocks

you get more stability with the shocks farther out on the axle, and you could easily upgrade to 12's if you wanted too.

I noticed mine was more stable after I outboarded my shocks.

If you do it I would set them up to allow a coilover to be bolted right in at a later date.

http://www.genright.com/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=RSM1001 Do these or something similar. Mount them in the appropriate spot for either 12 or 14" coilovers, and bolt in a shock for now, and then it's as simple as cutting your coil buckets out, and bolting the coilover in later.

for how much they want for that i think i'd end up fabbing my own of something similar to that.

Ended up ordering another shock and going with the same set up as I have now. I know it works.

Ain't broke, don't fix it.

did you get some new shock relocators? or a new shock?

I ordered the JKS shock relocators and a new Bilstien. Broke a shock at Harlan when I ripped the rear lower link off.

i forgot you had busted that shock.
