The fan only blows on 1, maybe 2, and 3, not 4. Is this the blower resistor? Best place to find one?
 
Could be a resistor or switch. You need to test the switch for proper operation, or your just throwing parts at it on a guess!
 
Well I just verified that I am getting speeds 1-3, just not 4. So based on what Ive been reading, its not the resistor. If it was, it would be the opposite. Speeds 1-3 run through the resistor, 4 does not. Since it is working on any speed, it isnt the relay, so that leaves me with the switch being bad....

Unless someone can correct my line of thinking, Looks like Im ordering a new HVAC switch...
 
I just did the push on the switch test and low and behold...it worked....new switch on its way. )
