I got a little start on my new rear bumper today. I made the basic cuts and welded in the hitch & chain brackets.

Not a lot of progress, with how bussy I have been. But I got my tube notched for the spindle, and ready to weld.
I have been busy, so not much progress. I got the lower swing arm welded to the spindle, and the brackets for the fold down frame welded. I really need to buy a band saw, and a drill press!
Some fitting of the bumper mounts.
Bumper is done, and ready for paint.
Now to concentrate on the tire swing & tire folder.

Got the swing arm about finished. Just gotta make the folding tire mount now!
Needs a little more work, but it's coming along!
Well I got the bumper mounted today. Finish up my tire swing and mount it by the end of the week.
Well it's done! I can assure ya I'll never do another swing out/fold down bumper. It was a huge pain!
I still gotta do some finishing touches like a tag lamp, and reverse lamp, but it is finally done!
