December 3rd - MidCarolina Jeepers Toys 4 Tots Run

I plan to bring some firewood too for a big bonfire. If we can get everyone to bring a few pieces we should be good to go.
 
Westinghouse cut down some trees a few months ago, and they are just laying there. trying to get some of it, but will be next week before i know.
 
there will be a group of us meeting friday for the campout, I plan to try to be out there around 4pm to setup camp and get some wood together for the bonfire.

gotta go pickup my toy this week.

We may have a raffle prize from Warn for the event, I'll let yall know as soon as I know.
 
Ill def. be camping Friday night Brooks...Anything you want me to bring? I will be there around 5:30 or so.
 
So here is the schedule for the weekend.

Friday:

4:00pm Leave from huddle house to bring a group into the park.

6:00pm Check the gate to let any others in.

Saturday:

10:00am Leave from huddle house to bring group into the park

1:00 pm Lunch followed by collecting the toys and taking a few pics for the club website

After that more trail riding.
 
FOOD:

Club will provide the hot dogs and chili, we need members to bring everything else.

I'll have the stove out there to cook the chili and hotdogs.

We need Buns, Chips, drinks, cups, plates, napkins, and any sides yall want to bring.
 
So this is coming up tomorrow!! do we want to estimate 30 poeple for lunch?

Remember to go out and get a toy for the kids

$10 toy gets you into the trailride.
 
With as many people that were interested 30 might be low. Who's picking up the hotdogs?

I can get the hotdogs and ground beef tonight when I make the chili.

I was planning to bring my large grittle and grille them on it. I'll be doing the chili on the other burner anyway.
