BTW, that place says that it sleeps 10, but by looking at the bed layout, that would assume some of those 10 are couples that sleep together. There are 6 beds.

Correct? Your are agreeing that this doesn't add up? We have two couples and 6 individuals (guys ?, 5 + 1 unknown). So,

Tripp: Single bed
Larry: Single bed
Brooks & Emily: queen
Taylor & Rosa: queen

That leaves two beds for 4 guys. Possibly 3 guys and a girl. Not adding up.

Only option available. Got to make the best we can of the situation if we wanted to stay together.

Fine with me. Looks like the house is full now. The house is on a large area of land. I'll ask them if they allow anyone to camp outside.
