August 30 - September 3rd MCJ @ Windrock OHV Park

I might have to pass on this one. I have my son that weekend and don't get enough time with him as it is. Might be able to switch a weekend with the X. But that would mean I have to talk to her.

Brooks was telling me last night that him and Larry have a list to stuff to do to their rigs. My Jeep should be finished this week, and I put 2 new trailer tires on the trailer Friday. Anyone else got anything they are trying to get done before the trip?

haha, yeah, i'm not sure why all my **** hit the fan at once, but it seems like a good time to fix some stuff thats been bugging me for years.

front limit straps to keep the DS from binding
front bumpstops to keep my steering from denting my oil pan again
rear axle lower control arm mounts to give me more uptravel
Rear frame coil mounts and bumpstops to go with the added uptravel

I have to replace a few control arm bushings, put a new power steering pump on, and hopefully make a t case skid

larry has the kinker, you just need to buy some 1" pipe and we can get it done this weekend.

where can you get those bushings from?

Ok sounds good I will try to get some pipe
Miller told me stock control arm bushings work so I'm gonna try to pick up a set

I decided today I cant not go on this trip. I will be leaving Friday afternoon around 3 from Clemson. Anyone else leaving around that time?

We need to figure out some trails we can run to minimize time on the gravel road.

Yeah I frequent that thread, but I wish I had a good map to look at because I'm not all that familiar with Windrock like I am Harlan.

It will be later in the afternoon before we are leaving, so I wont be wheeling Thursday.

I believe me and Harvey are going to tow double. What time will you be leaving Brooks?

I have pretty much got the Ram Rod dialed back in. Rear end is fix. Think I got the front brake issue figured out. Should be ready tomorrow. Think we are gonna leave after lunch Thursday so we will prob. just set up camp and pop tops Thursday night. Maybe grill a bomb *** steak or something and pass out. Wake up feelin shitty, and start over.

Can't wait for this one. Gonna be good times. Glad those last few PK's are gonna join us. Speaking of....is Bubba Love and Stacey Love comin in the Love Machine?

Tommy Teeter texted me this morning saying he was going to tag along with us. Not sure if any of his crew will be there or not.

Bubba Love is coming but I think Stacey is sitting this one out. We have 10 folks in our cabin. Coming up Friday evening. I forgot that Friday is one of my most important work days of the year. I was really exited when I remembered this.

That sucks dude. You were probably almost as excited as I was when I discovered I would get to see absolutely no college football other than scores on my phone for the first week. I am having a major issue with this. Major.
