For the south that is an aweful amount of rust. It would have to be cheeeeeaaaap. Your best bet would be to treat the rust a best as you can, and them cover it up with some sliders or something. Then post plenty of pictures of the floor, body mounts, and other rust probed areas. Stuff down here just does not tend to rust like that unles it is from somewhere else. Also some good chassis pictures would be good. An engine pic would also show if the keep has had much exposure to salt.
 
I agree. If the rust wasn't bad on the frame, floors, under flares, etc. I may even be interested at the right price.
