Hoover Buildings complete one for me back in summer of 2024. They built me a 30x40 pole barn style with a 12’ lean-to on one side, turned out really nice I thought.

Hoover did include it in the build. Altogether I think it came to $13,500 which included under the lean-to as well (1680 sq.ft.). They did use a sub-contractor to finish.
When I get home I’ll dig out the invoice and chime back in with the exact amount.
I read that as $13,500 for the concrete.$13,500 with concrete and building? I'd love to see specs.
Haha yeah $13,500 for concrete only. I wanna say building and concrete totaled around $60k. That was “turn-key” for the most part which included all doors and windows, insulation, and gutters. I did the electrical work myself, never added that up and don’t care to honestly$13,500 with concrete and building? I'd love to see specs.

It will never be like it was!Thats more like it, i was thinking the prices must have really changed since i looked a few years ago. Thats more like I was thinking.
those were the days! dang! No, I built my 30x30 for $12K in 2010. Those days are long gone. I am assuming my next shop will be in the $100K range... yee haw!
It might be on my end then. My email had to be made more secure. I had a lot of fishing attempts using my email and calendar. No email notifications from this site.We had an issue where the email notifications server was not running, it should be back in action now.
Those prices actually seem reasonable for a turn-key setup, doing the electrical yourself definitely helps.
