July 16 - River Tubing the Green River in Saluda, NC

Hey guys, We postponed the paddling trip and we are contemplating making this a tubing trip now. Lets plan do to a float trip on the Green River July 16rd.

There are a number of camping options nearby there is anyone interested in camping that friday night?

Is that the same place we camped with Tripp, Greg, etc many many years ago? It says primitive sites but I'm trying to remember how bug they actually are.

It is the same place. there are a few other options for camping nearby also. It shows no RVs if I recall.

We may go up friday evening and head home saturday because Emily has to leave for the airport for a work trip sunday.

First on the ground camping trip with my now wife....Had the FLU... Ill never forget that one.... Its the weekend before our trip to disney so we are probably shouldnt. I want to do this again sometime tho.
