Oil pan for 97 4.0 cherokee

Have you tried the pick and pull? When I was there a couple of month agao they had a bunch of 4.0 XJs and a couple of MJs

Ya they have like 10, but I really dont want to have to remove one from out their. Plus I would need to remove the front axle to gain access.
 
Just a suggestion; if you're dropping the pan go ahead and replace the stock oil pump with a Melling high volume pump while you're in there, especially if your motor has more than 100k on it.
 
Ill have to look at oil pumps and see how much coin I have. I am doing the rear manin too. Brooks I got one from the store but it was 89$ so I took it back to buy other thing's the jeep needs... Plus I am getting beadlocks this weekend!

WHO needs oil when you have Bead locks!
 
Got a 2000 block with the pan still on it. free if you want to pull it. call me at 673-7880. Rob (p.s. engine is out but tranny still bolted up)
