Jeep Build Sheet lookup by VIN

97TJGUZZY · Jun 25, 2015

Found this handy webpage when we were looking for our jeep. May help somebody in their search.

I used it to find out what gears the jeeps had because the JKs dont have the gear ID tag.

I found one while I was searching that went back to 94 I think, but I can't find the link.

Dang, that would be cool just to see what it said.

I had a build sheet pulled on the '94 XJ, but I don't remember where I got it. I think it was actually emailing some chrysler email account.

Go to the jeep website and locate the customer service link. There is a web request form there fill it out and ask for your build sheet, providing the Vin. I got a response in 24 hours on my TJ back in the day.
