Going to ride for a few days and camp out on the trail. Anyone care to join? Best meeting place I can think of is the Eldorado Outpost store on hwy 109. I'll post more info as the trip approaches.

Heads up. There is a giant Land Rover Rally there this weekend. Be prepared for a lot of trail clogging, bitching and general uselessness.

Hate to talk ill of my fellow rover owners but they have failed to prove me wrong...

Like I said, prove me wrong.

While I do my best, even my rover will do some useless crap...well on a fairly regular basis actually.

Personally, I'm not a fan of camping on the trail because the last 3 times I've done it, good ole boys on ATVs come up into the campsite at 3am and make all kinda noise. Arrowhead seems to be quite solid, IMO. Group camp site will be flooded with the roverage.
 
True about the ATVs. Hopefully it'll be cold enough to keep them away later in the PM. Im not a huge fan of anything BUT primitive camping on the trail. Where I usually camp is within 15 minutes from kodak rock.
 
Nice. I can remember riding shotgun on Sawmill at night, looking over and seeing all the lights at Kodak Rock.
